Where to start? Where to end?
Bend the truth, argue, defend
Play the cards, in this game there’s only one winner
Replace the old, find the new
Lie to them as you always do
Start again, the bubble grows while it gets thinner
Treat us all like machines
Without feelings, without dreams,
Then wonder what is up when skies aren’t getting clearer
Put the pieces back together – You know you’re destined to fall
It won’t change for the better – Time runs out it’s your last call
Some (of the) parts will never fit in – Go and force them ’till they break
Reality is unforgiving – Face the cost of your mistake
And when I think it’s already the bottom
Then you hit just another low
And when I think it’s already the bottom
Then you hit just another low
I’m sorry, it’s all my fault, I should have known this will end in (a) failure
And I’m powerless, I’m deeply hurt that I can’t be the saviour
Black and white, left and right
Two completely opposed minds
One absorbs the light, the other shines and glitters
Put the pieces back together – You know you’re destined to fall
It won’t change for the better – Time runs out it’s your last call
Some (of the) parts will never fit in – Go and force them ’till they break
Reality is unforgiving – Face the cost of your mistake
And when I think it’s already the bottom
Then you hit just another low
And when I think it’s already the bottom
Then you hit just another low
Perhaps a softer, more “pop-forward” album compared to Inmazes and Witness however equally as effective. Vola simply know how to make approachable and great music. 8/10 RJ
Every track stands out and really sticks, and everyone on this album brought their A game. It's definitely not as heavy as previous albums, but that doesn't matter because it's their best release to date.
To me, this feels like Shokran reaching their final form, and it's beautiful.
However, the final boss always has another form after the form you thought was the final form, so I can't wait to see what's next! CatMonarchy

i like the Rick Beato videos and he had shown the track electric sunrise in his video "How To Count Odd Meters". I was very impressed from this song and searched for the whole album and found it at bandcamp ;-) hpaydt
